When a parent invites a sitter, the sitter receives an SMS with a unique invitation link. The sitter must tap the link, visit the opt-in page, check a consent checkbox, and click "Join SitterChat" to complete opt-in. No further messages are sent unless the sitter completes this web-based opt-in process.
