Parents provide consent during account registration by entering their phone number and agreeing to receive service-related SMS messages.
Sitters are invited by parents they already know. The sitter receives one invitation SMS, then must visit a web-based opt-in page, check a consent checkbox, and click “Join SitterChat” before any further messages are sent.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. Standard message and data rates may apply.
